December 2003
Andrea had a medical
condition that required
special care and attention
which the surgeon managed
very well. (note from
Linda)
Hi Linda,
I wanted to let you know
how I got on in Croatia. I
went out on the 29th
November where I was met
at the airport by the cab
driver Boris. He spoke
quite good English
and chatted to me
about Dr T and how
good he was. Boris
had surgery done by
Dr T and was very
happy. He drove straight
to Nurse Vesnerīs house
where I met the family. I
had my own very
comfortable room and
bathroom for the duration
of my stay. I was
introduced to the whole
family who were all really
wonderful. Dr T visited me that
evening for my
consultation and they
explained the
procedure.
I stayed the night with
the family and the next
morning I was taken for
blood tests and my Intern
exam before going to Dr
T offices.
Thankfully everything was
ok with my tests despite
my blood pressure and
kidney problems and Dr
T explained that he
would be doing the surgery
as planned. I was quickly
prepared and before I knew
it I was waking up in the
recovery room. The
procedure went well and Dr
T and his team did a
fantastic job. He
explained that he had not
used a local anaesthetic
on me so the drugs would
not be processed by my
kidneys through my
bloodstream. This was
great for me as I didn't
wake up sick like most
people and in fact I was
so hungry they let me eat
as soon as possible.
I stayed the night at the
surgery with nurse Zlata
who took really good care
of me. Every time I opened
my eyes she was there for
me making sure I had
everything I needed. Next
morning Dr T checked
me over and I went back to
Vesnerīs home with her.
She took such great care
of me even when driving me
home, avoiding all the
bumps in the road so I did
not get too jolted. I
stayed with the family for
another 8 days while I
recovered. The care and
attention I received from
all the family was so good
and I really did feel like
part of the family. I have
never met such wonderful
caring people, even the
children could not do
enough for me. They always
made sure that there was
someone with me and if
that was not possible then
another member of the
family was always around
to keep an eye on me.
Vesner and her family
lived in a large first
floor flat, their parents
lived on the ground floor
and the sister lived
upstairs so it was a real
family effort in caring
for me. I recovered
quickly with their care
and attention and was soon
able to start getting out
and about with them. They
took great care to make
sure I saw everything I
wanted in Zagreb and took
me around the town. On my
last day I had my final
consultation with Dr
T who said everything
was looking really good
and I had recovered
quickly. I travelled home
early the next morning,
Wednesday 10th December
with details for my doctor
on what had been done etc.
I had my stitches out on
Friday 12th.
I really enjoyed my stay
in Zagreb and find that I
really miss everyone now
that I am home, they did
so much for me and took
such good care of me that
it is hard to express just
how grateful I am. Dr
T did a fantastic job
and I couldn't be happier
with the results, all the
medical staff were
fantastic and I was very
impressed with the
professionalism and care.
Staying with Vesner and
her family was wonderful
and I would definitely go
back to see them again. I
have been very impressed
with my whole experience
in Croatia and would not
hesitate to recommend
surgery with Dr T to
anyone thinking of going
over there. This was the
best Christmas present I
have ever had and the team
over there made it really
special.
Please do not hesitate to
contact me if you want me
to speak to anyone about
my experience, I would be
happy to recommend Dr
T and his team and
would definitely recommend
staying with Vesner and
her wonderful family.
Since returning I have
ordered and received the
Centella Scar Treatment
Programme by RegimA
and would also recommend
this to anyone healing
after surgery. My scars
were beginning to tighten
and obviously my skin had
been stretched due to my
surgery, so I was a little
sore. I have used the
cream for 3 days now and
already I can see a great
improvement in my scars
and in my skin in general.
The cream is an absolute
miracle, it really
helps.
Thanks for everything,
Iīm so glad that I spoke
to you and found such a
wonderful surgeon.
Merry Christmas to
everyone.

May 2003
My wife and I underwent
cosmetic procedures with
Dr T and his
team in May 2003. We
would, without any
hesitation, give the
highest recommendation to
anyone intending to use
the services of Dr
T team and his
surgical operating rooms
in Zagreb. My wife
underwent a face-lift and
upper and lower
Blepharoplasty (eye lid
correction); I underwent
upper and lower
Blepharoplasty.
We were greatly
encouraged by the
references that we took up
before deciding on going
ahead with the procedures.
For this reason, we
advise potential clients
to do the same before
making their final
decision.
Were we pleased with
visual results? Yes!
As Dr T will
tell you, people's
expectations are highly
individual and
'subjective'. So,
how to judge? We have a
suggestion for you.
Decide in your own
mind your visualisation of
a 100% perfect result.
Then decide what you
would realistically be
satisfied with. In
our case, we decided a
score of 65% or better
would be acceptable.
We felt our actual
result was in the 70%-80%
range.
We commend the
professionalism, the
before and after
consultations, the
scrupulous care taken by
Dr T and his team, in
the operating room and his
personal involvement in
after-procedure care,
particularly the regular
phone calls, visits and
the removal of
stitches.
Dr T combines
in-depth experience with
'the personal touch' and
we are pleased to give
this
recommendation.

17th March
2003
Introduction
My name is Alex
(Male) and I went to
Croatia on the 17th March
2003 - 26th March 2003 to
have an operation to
reshape my nose. I
live in Essex and this was
my first cosmetic surgery.
This is a report of
my experiences.
Information
|
This is a map of Croatia
and the surrounding areas.
The surgery is in Zagreb
the capital. Zagreb
is a very nice place not
dissimilar to London I
thought. (I haven't been
to London many times
though). The main
difference is less people
maybe about half the
amount of London. The part
I stayed in was very clean
and pretty about 20 - 30
minutes from the center. I
was lucky there was very
good weather but in the
winter months, I was told
it can be quite cold.
One more thing the
TV is quite often in
English, not all but often
a film will come on and it
will be English with
subtitles and some series
are also in
English.
Choosing
a Doctor
I looked at a lot of
web sites and phoned a
couple of them before
getting in touch with Dr.
T. The general
response to my query was
go to your local doctor
first, then have a
consultation with a
private Doctor. When I
asked how much this would
cost the replies were,
about Ģ150 to Ģ250 just
for a talk, which was
quite a shock to me.
I realised I
probably could not afford
it. When Dr. T
replied to my e-mail and
said that there would be
no consultation fee, it
lifted my confidence
considerably.
Staying in Croatia
This was made very
easy, I was offered a room
at one of the nurses and
it was all arranged by the
doctor before I arrived.
This included all meals
and the people were very
kind, helpful and knew
what to expect with the
operation. I would
recommend staying with
them if offered but there
are also hotels. I stayed
for 9 days for
recovery.
Operation
Dr. T is very
helpful, understanding and
experienced, so when I
told him what I would like
done with my nose, he
understood straight away
and explained how he could
proceed with the
operation. The operation
went perfectly it was very
quick and painless after
the operation I was taken
back to my room and I
rested the day there.
No problems at
all.
Language
I do not speak
Croatian but many people
in Croatia speak English.
It is taught in
school and is used for
films and some TV. I
would recommend learning
some before you go
though.
Good

That's a couple, but there
are lots of language sites
on the Internet, so just
search for Croatian
Language.
Finally
I recommend Dr.
T and am very happy
with everything he's done
for me.
