"I came to Budapest with my son who needed some dental treatment before he returned to Australia and who had been recommended by a friend who had treatment there the year before.  He was extremely happy with the advice given, and the treatment he received.  The dentist was very experienced, spoke perfect English having lived in the UK, and was friendly yet totally professional. Whilst with my son, I asked if I could have an examination too, as my teeth were not in the best state, after rather a lot of years of neglect!  The plan suggested was actually less than I anticipated, and nothing was advised that was not absolutely necessary - the rest was up to me to decide as to what I wanted.  I decided to go ahead and start the treatment there and then - and glad I got the first stage over and done with!  I plan to return after Easter for my next treatment which will be the start of the oral surgery.  Both my son and myself recommend this dentist - and I am actually looking forward to my further visits. Compared with the UK the costs are extremely favourable, but the way we were looked after - from being met at the airport by an excellent English-speaking driver - to having someone on hand to advise and recommend places to go and things to do - restaurants etc - and to answer any questions - was very reassuring.  To sum up - excellent dentist and excellent service all round"

"Being an almost phobic dental patient I had been putting off getting my teeth sorted for years - until it got to the stage where I was not only enduring a great deal of pain but the state of my teeth were a total embarrassment.  I never smiled - and always felt self-conscious.  I finally plucked up courage and went to an NHS dentist who told me what needed doing would be major intensive work and would need visits to the Dental Hospital over a long period of time as he could not do the work. I thought no way  could I deal with this.  So once again I tried to put it out of my mind - until a work colleague mentioned  the state of my teeth - much to my embarrassment!  He told me that his brother had been to Budapest to a dental clinic recommended by Linda Briggs and was very happy - not just with the treatment but with the sympathetic care he received fthroughout the whole process from start to finish.  I reluctantly let my partner contact Linda Briggs and from that one phone call I somehow (even more reluctantly) ended up in Budapest! From the very kind and understanding dentist to the wonderul oral surgeon and assistant/nurse - and of course to Linda and Carolyn (who organised everything for us) - I can only say that I wish I had been brave enough to do this before.  Now my final treatment is finished and I leave tomorrow - with a mouth full of new and very natural looking teeth - and I could not be happier.  Apparently I came just in time - a few more weeks and I really would have been in big trouble! It has taken 14 months from start to finish but now it is all done I can honestly say it has all been well worth it (and at a price that would have been at least double in the UK.  I have to come back here in 6 months for a final adjustment as it has been a very big job - but we love Budapest and will be happy to be back again!"
